The Vocational Healthcare Technician (Healthcare Assistant) certificate programme is an intensive hands-on course that expands the horizons of vocational health workers like auxiliary nurses and other healthcare assistants.
Our well-rounded programme provides knowledge and experience for care work opportunities beyond a hospital to other health facilities/spaces, be it theatres, laboratories, pharmacies or medicine counters, rehabilitation centres etc., as support staff, technical aid or assistant.
The course duration is 12 Months (1 year), comprised of 3 terms of full-time in-class & health facility experience, every Tuesday to Friday.
The training occurs in our Enugu training centre, Cynthia Gardens, 1 Umunze Crescent, Phase 6, Trans-Ekulu, Enugu.
